Policy Frameworks

The policy frameworks are an interim step in the General Plan process before drafting the elements (or chapters). They highlight key outcomes, performance metrics and goals and policies for the public to review. All policy frameworks were developed with what the General Plan Update team heard from community members, General Plan Advisory Committee, Planning Commission, and City Council.

What is a Policy Framework?

• This is not an exhaustive list of policies or measures but rather, ideas we want you to review and react to

• Additional policies and measures will be included in the General Plan
